A class action lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana on behalf of purchasers of Brightpoint, Inc. ("Brightpoint") (NASDAQ: CELL) common stock between October 2, 1998 and March 10, 1999 (the "Class Period").
