In re Complete Management, Inc. Securities Litigation, No. 99 cv 01454 (NRB), Southern District of New York. A securities class action was commenced against Complete Management, its officers and directors and certain underwriters stemming from the alleged false and misleading statements in Complete Management’s public offering materials concerning its medical billings. As a result of the litigation a recovery of $10.15 million was obtained, representing approximately one-quarter of the damages suffered by the class.
