Update

Defendants moved to dismiss the consolidated action. On April 12, 2006, the Court issued an order dismissing certain claims with prejudice, and dismissing certain claims without prejudice. On June 23, 2006, the parties stipulated to the dismissal of the consolidated action. Final judgment in favor of defendants was entered on June 27, 2006.
