Weiss & Lurie represented the Asia Global Crossing sub-class and actively served on the Executive Committee of plaintiffs’ counsel. A total of $448 million was recovered for the class. Weiss & Lurie participated in all aspects of the litigation on behalf of the Asia Global Crossing sub-class, including pre-suit investigation, drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting discovery and negotiating a resolution of the litigation.
