This is a securities class action seeking to pursue remedies under the Securities Exchange Act of 1924 and the Securities Act of 1933 on behalf of purchasers or acquirers of the securities of Homestore.com, Inc. between July 20, 2000 and December 21, 2001.

An additional partial settlement has been reached on behalf of all persons who purchased or acquired Homestore.com common stock during the period from January 1, 2000 through December 21, 2001. A hearing to determine if the additional settlement will be approved by the Court is currently calendared for August 29, 2005.
