MF Global Ltd. Named by Weiss & Lurie in Class Action

(NYSE:MF) and two individuals associated with it was commenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired MF common stock between March 17, 2008 and June 20, 2008 (the "Class Period").
